MCO Airport Luxury Car Delivery: Everything You Need to Know

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the busiest airport in Florida and one of the busiest in the US. Arriving here with luggage, children, and plans for Disney or Universal makes navigating to a rental car counter the last thing you want to do. Here's exactly how luxury car delivery to MCO works.

How It Works — Step by Step

1. Book your rental — provide your flight number and arrival terminal at the time of booking.
2. We track your flight — if your flight is delayed, we adjust automatically. You don't need to call.
3. Land and clear baggage claim — proceed to baggage claim and collect your bags as normal.
4. Head to Ground Transportation (Level 1) — we'll confirm the exact meeting spot via text when you land.
5. Meet your vehicle — your Escalade ESV will be clean, fueled, and ready. Quick paperwork (most signed digitally beforehand) and you're on your way.

Terminal Information

MCO has two main airside terminals (A and B) connected to the main terminal building. Domestic arrivals exit to Level 1 Ground Transportation. International arrivals clear customs on the arrivals level and connect to the main terminal via automated people movers.

We meet at the Level 1 Ground Transportation area for most domestic flights. For international arrivals, we'll coordinate via text as you clear customs.

After MCO — Where Are You Going?

• Walt Disney World: 25 minutes from MCO via 417/192
• Universal Orlando: 20 minutes via I-4
• International Drive: 20–25 minutes
• Kissimmee / Lake Buena Vista: 25–35 minutes
• Downtown Orlando: 25 minutes

Returning the Vehicle at MCO

When your trip ends, we collect the vehicle from MCO at your departure time. You don't need to return it to a specific lot — just let us know your departure terminal and we'll coordinate pickup.
